Owner Assistance
The All Pets Wellness Foundation (APWF) was founded to provide financial assistance to owners whose pets have a life-threatening illness or injury and where the family would not be able to afford said treatment due to financial constraints.
The care your pet receives is not only dependent on you, her/his owner, but also lies with your pet’s doctor. Therefore, to receive financial assistance through the All Pets Wellness Foundation, you must be working with a pre-approved veterinarian. There is no cost to the doctor to be part of our network, but this helps us ensure the maximum efficiency when reviewing applications for assistance and disbursing funds.
Any funds awarded will be paid directly to the doctor/healthcare facility administering the treatment. To be considered for assistance, please complete the online form below and someone from the APWF will contact you shortly to discuss your application.
NOTE: Due to the number of applications received, the All Pets Wellness Foundation will not be accepting new applications at this time. We are sorry for this delay, but need to review our current requests before accepting new ones.
